Using logistic analysis to build a credit evaluation model of which would be used as a reference by the sales department, anticipating lower breaching rate in order to raise the quality of leasing product as well as lowering the bad debt expenses and increasing the accounts receivable turnovers. Necessary clientele information is drawn from the organization being analyzed. As observed from the result of analysis, strong correlation between the use of revolving credit facility and the average accounts receivables turnover (days) was identified. The accuracy of the credit evaluation model reaches 81.5% of which non-breaching parties has 84.2% accuracy rate, breaching parties has 69.1% accuracy rate.
