(2)The stress reaction is affecting the 3 of consequences variables of organization (burnout, job satisfaction and contextual performance). (3)The Emotional Intelligence is moderating the relationship between the stress action and the consequence variables of organization. This research proves the emotional intelligence is having the ability moderating the relationship between stress reactions and consequences of organization variables. The researchers can explore more moderating effects of emotional intelligence in the future Shin-Yi Chen 陳沁怡 2006 學位論文 ; thesis 107 zh-TW
