It’s making a lot of problems in organizational managing. Recent years, the studies of emotional intelligence are climbing up rapidly. This research assumes the emotional intelligence could reduce the stress reaction and helping the corporate managing. This research adopts the structure of Quick et al.(1997). The consequences variables of organization are including the burnout, well-being, job satisfaction and contextual performance. The concept of emotional intelligence is developed by Mayer & Salovey(1997) There are 4 parts in the questionnaire in this research. (1)“The Chinese Emotional Intelligence Scale” developed by Wang, Law & Song(2004). (2)“The development of occupational work stress inventory in Taiwan” developed by Institute of Occupational Safety & Health of Taiwan(1996). (3) ” Maslach Burnout Inventory” developed by Maslach, C.(1997). (4)The Satisfaction With Life Scale(SWLS) developed by Diener, E., Emmons, R. A., Larsen, R. J., & Griffin, S. (1985). (5)Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) developed by Wiess, D. J., Dawis, R. V., England, B. W., and Lofguist, L. H. (1967). (6)“Contextual Performance Questionnaire” developed by Motowidlo et al., (1994). The samples are the people who are having the full time job. There were 104 valid response questionnaires. The results of this research are as follows: (1) The stress reaction is having the relationship 3 of the consequences variables of organization (burnout, job satisfaction and contextual performance). (2)The stress reaction is affecting the 3 of consequences variables of organization (burnout, job satisfaction and contextual performance). (3)The Emotional Intelligence is moderating the relationship between the stress action and the consequence variables of organization. This research proves the emotional intelligence is having the ability moderating the relationship between stress reactions and consequences of organization variables. The researchers can explore more moderating effects of emotional intelligence in the future Shin-Yi Chen 陳沁怡 2006 學位論文 ; thesis 107 zh-TW |

碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 企業管理系碩士班 === 94 === The people in Taiwan are under an excess of stress lately.
The concept of emotional intelligence is developed by Mayer & Salovey(1997)
There are 4 parts in the questionnaire in this research.
The researchers can explore more moderating effects of emotional intelligence in the future
