Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 企業管理系碩士班 === 94 === Due to the open polices and economic transform of Chinese government, China become the largest export location, manufacture foundation, moreover, the billion of customers population, it draws Taiwanese firms into China. Hence, as the opportunities existed under internationalize and globalization, what the Taiwanese firms needs is a stage to perform. Moreover Eastern of China is the most popular spot for Taiwanese investors, therefore, this research is used questionnaire as research instrument, to discuss the interaction relationships between business advantage of Taiwanese firms in Eastern of China (including internal resources advantage and external network relation), oversea investment motivation and local network layout strategy. The result concluded as follow: 1.When Taiwanese firms in Eastern of China have different variety of business advantage, firms tend to have different oversea investment motivation 2.When Taiwanese firms in Eastern of China choose different oversea investment motivation, firms tend to have different of network layout strategy and level of 3.The business advantage of Taiwanese firms in Eastern of China does not have influence on their network layout strategy.
