Undoubtedly, big-sized enterprises often easily survive and grow bigger during this dynamic and fast changing period with the advantages of comprehensive and profound resources. On the other hand, it is extremely hard to survive for small and medium enterprise under such circumstances. Even many of business developing theories or strategies planning have been studied and impletmented in small and medium business, however, we did not see much significant benefit in there. Our research is to explore a local electrical parts supplier how to survive and develop into a market mainstream company within 12 years based on Michael Porter’s value chain assessment model, even subject to trending down market and sueezed profit margin. The main findings are as follows, 1. Enterprises who can make commitment in continuous innovation and value migration to find their own nich market could break through the current industry limitations. 2. Any enterprise can get escalated in terms of position and value in supply chains when it achieves the critical nodes in the supply networks.
