Summary: | 碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 工業工程與管理研究所碩士班 === 94 === Due to the tendency of globalization , short life cycle , rapid change of market requirement and complexity of translational enterprise management , a number of enterprise use information technology to shortern the production cycle , reduce the cost , increase the flexibility , enhance the quality of products or services , and build up the core compentence . The Enterprise Resources Planning , ERP , is a system destined for intergrating the resources for both inner and outer enterprise to achieve business continunity and objective .
In this research , based on the exploratory method and questionaire survey , the effects of organization operation on system performance for the enterprise with the implement of stage type ERP system is proposed and studied . The organization operation of enterprise considered includes education and training , design of entirety , CEO support , intergration of resources , projects and advisor , and system maintances . The performance evaluated for implemention of ERP system consists of business process reengineering , cost reduction , quality implement , competitive enhancement , increase of production , and enhancement of entice business effectiveness . In this study , the analysis results show that the CEO support and integration of resources are two importants factors in the effects of competitive enhancement and entice business effectiveness for A Compancy .
