Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 工業工程與管理研究所碩士班 === 94 === The satisfaction with pharmaceutical services from clinical pharmacists for the medical staff will indirectly affect the quality of pharmaceutical treatment, however, currently there is little documentation to the satisfaction with the clinical pharmaceutical services. Therefore, by way of questionnaires this study expects to realize in depth the satisfaction of medical staff with the involvement of clinical pharmacists in the medical treatment behavior, and suggests concrete improvement conducts for the low satisfaction items to promote the quality of medical treatment in the hospital. The data gathered by questionnaires will be narrated by methods of statistics, factor analysis, single-factor variant analysis, relevant analysis and etc. to proceed in data processing. By the data statistical analysis, this study concludes as followings: 1)Current analysis of the satisfaction: The average number is higher than 3 for the satisfaction of physicians and it means the satisfaction level is between general and satisfied, but the standard difference for each question is almost higher than 0.5 which means different physician results in bigger difference; for the satisfaction of medical staff, the question of「What do you think the credibility as to the practice of the promise comes from the clinical pharmacists 」gets the highest, and the question of「How do you feel about the visiting provided by the clinical pharmacists to the patients」gets the lowest, the total average is higher than 3 which means the satisfaction with clinical pharmacists is between general and satisfied, but the standard difference for each question is higher than 0.5 which means different medical staff results bigger difference. 2)Analysis from the basic data and each aspect of the physicians and the medical staff: There is no obvious difference among the physicians; the 「work unit」 of medical staff is evidently different with each aspect, 「job position」and the ability in pharmaceuticals have apparent differences. That means the medical staff will have obvious different satisfaction due to the frequency of the contact between the work unit and the clinical pharmaceutics; and the satisfaction with the ability in pharmaceuticals is varied because of the position responsibilities.
