ndltd-TW-094YM0055280312015-10-13T16:31:17Z http://ndltd.ncl.edu.tw/handle/62146312056128753355 The adavocate of nurses' working rights in Taiwan:an participant study approach 台灣護理工作權益倡導之參與式觀察研究 Hui Fen Chen 陳惠芬 碩士 國立陽明大學 醫務管理研究所 94 Abstract The working environment of nurses’ in Taiwan, because the cost of the medical institutes is managed and considered, the people require the morals which attend to the labor for a long time, the nurses’working situation is except unequal ; SARS a battle , upsets the originally seemingly calm medical environment, nursing staff's improvement of the environment in order to demand to work, not sending out a burst of , the even tone roar ; However, things have changed with the lapse of time, the looks is more foreign a medical environment, to the attention increasingly attending to manpower management, but the working rights and interests of the nursing staff of Taiwan can't get the facing of the administrator slowly; So this research combines the role of ' the participant ' and ' the researcher ', such topics as the observation research of passing the participating in type is advocated in rights and interests striving for and society of nursing work carry on the discussion , and attend to the rights and promote the channel and decree to stipulate , have looked at our country recently to the important changes and outputs on the rights and interests topic of nursing work instead according to various countries, advise and improve the scheme, regard one as the relevant regulation stipulating and reference of organizing management and administration of hospital that the rights and interests education of nursing work , society advocate ,etc. in the future, used to improve and attend to working environment quality then promote patient's satisfaction of looking after, manage the scene of wishing in order to reach the medical institutes continuously forever, create the win-win situation. This research relies mainly on the fact that the qualitative participant observation study, and utilizes the analytic approach of documents analysis, complement and carry on the investigation with the interview separately. On one hand this research gathers together the relevant documents and materials to exactly analysis, on one hand investigate the working rights topic that a domestic nursing staff cared about , visit and refer to the domestic nursing group to disclose website's materials in order to study the source through the depth, suggestion become have systematic code after summing up narration that collect, gain understanding through comprehensive study of the subject document analysis with result , finally, become the conclusion of this research. The achievement obtained in this research is as follows: 1. the nurses’working rights in Taiwan advocate facing the practice (individual and medical practice carry on the rights and interests of nursing work and defend the controversy) and the awkward situation on the system (attend to the policy can not organize the function nor to raise apparently ); 2. propose that the domestic nurses’working rights advocate being popularized the rights and interests consciousness of nursing work (the education , channel ) then implement the rights and interests of nursing work and improve (legislate , supervise the mechanism). This research hopes the last research results and suggestion, can offer all circles to discuss that consider and consult with the follow-up researchers.
