碩士 === 育達商業技術學院 === 資訊管理所 === 94 === The main purposes of this study were to implement elementary school information system with a concept of communicable medium on knowledge management and to evaluate it in the whole process. The evaluation covers the needs before design, underway and finished. The knowledge providers and receivers through the communicable medium share their knowledge, before the benefit of knowledge were exertive. Information technology is to act the role of communicable medium. So, the design of school information system must be have the functions on knowledge sharing. It make an allusion with system developed life cycle (SDLC) in the system developed process and includes follow five steps: (1) Systems Planning And Selection (2) System Analysis (3) System Design (4) System Implementation (5) System Operation and Support. The results of this Study are as followed: (1)To implement elementary school information system with the concept of communicable medium on knowledge management is needful. (2)Ｔo develop an information system as an implemented example. (3)Useing the objective valuation of AHP(Analysis Hierarchy Process) in the step of Systems Planning And Selection. (4)To provide the implemented programs for other resachers. (5)The evaluated result of information system is normally operated system. The suggest of this study as followed: To use artificial intelligent (AI) technology like Neural Network to analyze these data and use the result to promote this system to be an exercise prescription expert system. Research the application through the system on knowledge management, on teaching or on studing.
