No matter how rapidly the environment changes, human beings are always the most important determinant of the success or failure of organizations. Therefore, in business management, how to manage human beings becomes one of the most essential considerations. In order to enable the manpower resources assignment along with the produce market demand. In the manpower demand aspect, the enterprise favors to use the flexile manpower. The atypical labors are demanded increase to the manpower dispatch labor, a part time job of labor with dispatches the laborer and so on. The manpower dispatch is precisely one of temporary work arrangement concrete manifestations. The proportion that uses the manpower dispatch labor had increase in recent years in the enterprise in Taiwan.The research discovers the result as follows: 1. The education degree of dispatched worker presents the reverse relation, Will to take on dispatched worker it, will to influence his Job satisfaction. 2. Guarantee and sense of safety dispatched work bring, will to influence his Job satisfaction. 3. Dispatched worker security and comfortable degree to the working environment, and is it let formal staff chance number to transfer to, will to influence his Job satisfaction. 4. Encouragement and colleague, working enterprise of executive get along, will to influence Job satisfaction its. And get along between the dispatch Company colleagues, it is being relevant that the satisfaction to work has not been showing. 5. The Job satisfaction of dispatched worker will be to in working enterprise and dispatch Company role, the layman, in order to produce to its influence.
