In this study, the participants were the employees’ from three business firms in Taiwan. Both descriptive and statistical data were collected. The descriptive data were utilized to depict the employees’ cognition and understanding about the Newly Labor Pension Act. The results from the statistical data indicate that various variables of vital statistics have impacts on the employees’ satisfaction toward the employers’ attitudes in delivering the guidance to enhance the understanding of the Labor Pension Act.
