This thesis, based on hydrodynamic lubrication and solid contact mechanism, investigates parameters of lubrication for IC1000. Thus, the results can improve the understanding of the lubrication mechanism. Achievement of researches includes the following items. (1) The shear stress between contact two surfaces increases when the pressure increases. (2) The shear stress between contact two surfaces increases when the rotation speed increases. (3) The shear stress between contact two surfaces rise up when the volume flow rate increases.
