碩士 === 萬能科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 94 === Many studies on trade-off problems of the global logistics with multi-objective functions showed that some decision makers of enterprise may be forced to accept or reject only one solution in the past. However, the decision makers nowadays are reguired to rapidly respond to the influence of the trade-off problems in a highly competitive environment of globalization, where a number of alternatives are avaivable. In this thesis, a compromise model will be employed for solving the trade-off problems of the global logistics with multiobjective functions. This compromise model utilizes an adjustable compromise index by which the decision makers can rely on their preferences to obtain different alternatives by choosing difference indexes.
