As WEEE Directive (Directive on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) and RoHS Directive (Directive on the Restriction of the use of certain Hazardous Substances in electrical and electronic equipment) will be implemented soon in Europe, the electronic industry of Taiwan is facing harsh challenge to produce green products. It is one of most important topics to offer green products by the way of establishment of green supply chain management. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships about green supply chain management, administrative system of company and Operation performance. Factors analyzed in green supply chain management included internal management, green supplier management and application of electronic tool. In another part, company’s administrative system included procurement and corrective and preventive management and quality control. Raw data was collected by questionnaire. Respondents are confined with company and supplier for the electronic industry. This study used SPSS statistical software to analyze the data received from questionnaire. Several results were found. 1. After the introduction of green chain management, enterprises could reduce the risks of products being refused because of violating some environmental regulations.2. Enterprises generally agreed that through in increasing the environmental performance of their chain supplier, they could reduce long-term risks and improve the acceptability of their products in consumer markets.3. When green supply chain management implement the industry, the company’s production cost and supplier’s cost has not decrease. 4. When the green supply chain management and administrative system of company is done better, it will have the higher operation performance. The results of this research found that a company could forecast its business operation performance by multiple regression analysis, and the expected value of the forecast could be used as an indication of company business operation and applied in green supply chain management.
