Summary:碩士 === 大同大學 === 機械工程學系(所) === 94 === This research aims to find out the relationship between delay and facility breakdown of high-loading MRT trains in Taipei. Through the statistical results from year 2000 to 2005, car door and brake system components possessed higher failure rate, causing delay of 301 Type and 321 Type. This research, therefore, will be concluded systematically by cause and effect of car door and relative brake failure module with cause and effect diagrams in order to bring up an improvement strategy to reduce this failure rate. The process will purify the facts, focus on problems gradually, and facilitate communication between staff on duty. This research could also become a reference for technical reform of maintenance staff and personnel education.
