Summary:碩士 === 臺北市立教育大學 === 教育行政與評鑑研究所 === 94 === This research primarily aims to analyze the theoretical basis of Taipei Municipal Elementary School teachers (hereafter referred to as ‘Teachers’) with additional administrative duties participating in administrative decision-making and their satisfaction of work and the relevant studies; secondly to understand the empirical status of the above mentioned theoretical basis as well as the interactions within; then to understand the variables in the theoretical basis and the differences; and finally to propose concrete suggestions based on the literature analysis and the outcome of research as the reference for educational administrative bodies, Taipei Municipal Elementary Schools, and future studies. The research methods applied are literature analysis and questionnaire survey. The questionnaire made for this research is the “Evaluation on the relationship of Taipei Municipal Elementary School teachers with additional administrative duties participating in administrative decision-making and their satisfaction of work. The survey is conducted with a sampling of 410 Teachers in 49 elementary schools, with 350 copies returned and 320 effective copies. The effective returned questionnaires are processed through “SPSS10.0 for Windows” software for data analysis. In addition, several statistical methods are applied in the examinations as well, including Mean, Standard Deviation, T-test, One-way ANOVA, Scheffe's Method, and Pearson’s Product-moment Correlation. According to the outcome of research, it is concluded after the induction, analysis, and discussion that: 1.The current status of Teachers with additional administrative duties participating in administrative decision-making, in sum, appears to be “Good”. In decision-making participation, the dimension of “Affairs in Management” is the most pronounced and the dimension of “Affairs in Decision-making” is the least. 2.The current status of the satisfaction of work for Teachers with additional administrative duties, in sum, appears to be “Good”. In the satisfaction of work, the dimension of “School Recognition” is the most pronounced and the dimension of “Professional Performance” is the least. 3.Under different individual variables, Teachers with additional administrative duties participating in decision-making demonstrate distinctive variations in age, position, level of education, years of service; as for the variables of sex, years of teaching experience at this school, and being the Secretary General in the Teachers’ Association show hardly any difference. 4.In different school environment variables, there is hardly any difference in school scale, school history, and establishing the Teachers’ Association, for Teachers with additional administrative duties participating in decision-making. 5.Under different individual variables, the satisfaction of work for Teachers with additional administrative duties demonstrates distinctive variations in age, position, years of service, years of teaching experience at this school, and being the Secretary General in the Teachers’ Association; as for the variables of sex and level of education, they show hardly any difference.. 6.In different school environment variables, there is hardly any difference in school scale, school history, and establishing the Teachers’ Association, for Teachers with additional administrative duties participating in decision-making. 7.There are co-relations between Teachers with additional administrative duties participating in administrative decision-making and their satisfaction of work. In light of the conclusions, the accomplished research of Taipei Municipal Elementary School teachers with additional administrative duties participating in administrative decision-making and their satisfaction of work provides suggestions for education administrative bodies and public elementary school administrative bodies as well as references for further research in Taipei Municipal Elementary School teachers with additional administrative duties participating in administrative decision-making and their satisfaction of work.
