In order to achieve the purposes of this study , first reviewed the literature about the relevant issues , then used action research by observing , interviewing , questionnaire survey , and document analysis . Finally analyzed the practical situation of the conscience action curriculum in one Community , one junior high school , one country elementary school , and one urban elementary school in Tau-Yuan County. According to the results of data analysis, major findings are summarized as follows: 1. For curriculum design (1) The students and parents can accept this curriculum design in this study. (2) The students in this study can accept and will learn Conscience Action Curriculum, not resistant to the title. (3) The students and parents can accept social action curriculum. (4) Need modify the manual of teacher to be detailed project. (5) Need modify the manual of student to more close to life experience of the students in this study. (6) Self-Talk instruction design redound to self- conscience action. (7) Teacher team can design more good curriculum than one teacher. 2. For curriculum practice (1) The students not feel resistant to the title of “Conscience Action” in this study. (2) The students hope the attitude of teacher to be moderate, and class atmosphere to be relaxed. (3) The students like teacher who were humorous, and like interesting activity. (4) The students very like Role-Playing, game, and experience activity. (5) News Report very close to life experience of the students, redound to learning interest of students be aroused. (6) The moderate attitude of teacher will help teacher to establish good teacher- students relationship. (7) The parents universally can participate in parent-child co-learning. (8) This curriculum practice help students to admire self-life, enhance the value of life, more promote harmonious with other people, and esteem life of the other people. (9)The students seriously learn this curriculum can learn to use conscience rightly. (10) This curriculum was be arranged in the formal curriculum of school, the practical result is more good than be arranged in the informal curriculum. Based on the findings in this study, there are some suggestions are summarized as follows for curriculum design, curriculum practice, school administration, future research, and the other. 1. For curriculum design (1) Need modify the manual of teacher to be detailed project. (2) Teacher used the power of team to design and development curriculum, need be encouraged . (3) School can try to use Social Action Approach Curriculum Design. 2. For curriculum practice (1) Every junior high school and elementary school can try to practice conscience education. (2) This curriculum practice can use infusion instruction after this all curriculum had practiced. (3) School can look for volunteers to be the assistant teacher of life education. (4) The education administration need cultivate teachers to have good character and education love ,and employ the teachers have good character and education love. (5) By marketing strategy, this curriculum practice can get the support of school colleagues and chiefs, the parents of students. (6) Teachers can use hortative strategy to enhance learning motive of students. (7) Teachers can use Self-Talk instruction. (8) Teachers can use class administrant strategy to enhance learning engagement of students. 3. For the school administration (1) A curriculum development center should be set up to provide more resources. (2) Before the formal curriculum practice, practice curriculum implementation. (3) Conscience education practice can combine law-related education. (4) The function of family education need be enhanced, and school need encourage the parents of students to participate in parent-child co-learning. (5) School can more accept volunteers group of life education. 4. For future research (1) Explore research can be used to increase the methodological rigor of research. (2) Action research can use integrating research method. (3) Future research can use longitudinal study in same number. 5. For the other (1) The education administration need cultivate good teachers for conscience education of junior high school and elementary school. (2) Learning domain index can take in “Conscience” issue.
