Finally, the researcher probed into the diversity of hacker culture, and the influence of hacker culture to information society and education. The findings of this study are following: 1. Hackers are different to crackers. 2. A hacker should devote himself to his work, be in a cheerful frame of mind, free information, share his fruitful results, value others rights, bring up more creativeness, and work efficiently. 3. Hacker culture is positive. 4. Hacker culture is the source of Internet culture, and it can be a reference resource to the people who educate Net generation.
