We use statistic approaches, such as descriptive statistics, T-test, and one-way ANOVA to analyze questionnaires filled by elementary school teachers. The main results of this research are listed as follows: 1.More than 90% of the teachers in Taipei City integrate ICT into instruction on a weekly basis. In particular, most teachers integrate ICT in Science and Technology learning area and Language learning area. 2.Projectors are the major tools used in integrating ICT into instruction. However, teachers still need more projectors. In general, elementary school teachers in Taipei City are satisfied with the information environment of the elementary schools. 3.The level of integrating ICT into instruction in elementary schools is primarily on information exploration and reorganization. 4.The stages of integrating ICT into instruction, listed in decreasing frequency order, are classroom preparation, classroom instruction, and extracurricular activities. 5.Most elementary school teachers in Taipei City affirm the achievements of integrating ICT into instruction. 6.Among the factors influencing teachers' wishes to integrate ICT into instruction, resource aspect and teacher aspect are at medium level, while school administration aspect and environment aspect are at low level. 7.Considering school size, teachers’ age, the position and hours of training, they do make a significant difference in the factors influencing teachers' wishes to integrate ICT into instruction.
