Passing half-century, most counties still stayed barbarism. There have mary reasons for third world be in trouble. The one of reasons is the world system maked the crunch. Even so, a few counties(as Taiwan、Japan、korea)joined core counties group.Why and how could they maked it? The purpose of the paper is to find out the difference between development and dependent. Why should some counties joined core counties group or Semiperiphery? The paper will discuss development of the malaysia electronics industrial in Penang. Since 1969, PDC has been actively involved in industrial promotion to make Penang as a centre for investment in the region. Penang has undergone an intensive and impressive process of industrial and technological transformation in the past 30 years. It has moved from a labor intensive with a very low technical processes into a more technology intensive, skill intensive and capital intensive production processes. The successful industrialization programme in the last three decades has enabled the State of Penang to enjoy sustainable, rapid and robust economic growth. such as Advanced Electronics、IT Related Products and Services、Automotive Products、Advanced Materials、Aerospace Industries、HIgh-Tech and Hig Value Added Components The paper will to discuss how to used the state power that use sone models, for example Cardoso’s historical structural approach、Peter Evans’s triple alliance of dependent development and Freeman’s national innovation System…etc. I-chun Kung 龔宜君 2004 學位論文 ; thesis 160 zh-TW |
