A mailbox server system designed for micro-satellite communication is implemented. This system includes the communication subsystem, the ground software and the mailbox server design on board a micro-satellite. The satellite and the ground transceiver can both be commanded and configured through the man-machine interface of the ground software. Besides, add the Link Budget calculator and the pictures receiving interface in the ground software to increase the capability of the software. The on board mailbox server, as designed utilized PACSAT protocol, can store and forward the mail message for its global users.
