There is no rule can followed for Induction fan design and jet nozzle flow measurement. Induction parking fan allocation and jet nozzle spread distance are not much to think over. It will increases the pressure drop to reduce outlet speed of jet nozzle, lower Induction flow and adding the CO concentration for insufficiently device composed of Induction fan, the study about how to find out the best efficiency of Induction fan and nozzle to improve effect of induction fan and nozzle, will be the main target for performance promotion of induction fan. The main purpose of this study is to find out the optimum Induction fan configuration by experimental measurement of jet nozzle speed and flow spread. Duct effective and theory of jet nozzle will be used in this study, the 2 sets of experimental induction fan and 4 sets of nozzle will be compared with proto induction fan, the condition of impeller, flow, pressure and motor rotation are the same except outlet duct length of impeller and nozzle type. In the Experimental result, the induction fan D-1000 has the optimum performance at same condition, it’s air flow is 2% higher than D-800 and 12.5% higher than 12.5% than D-600, compare with 4 sets of jet nozzles, N-2 nozzle has the best effect induction fan, when it install at D-1000 Induction fan. 李宗興 2006 學位論文 ; thesis 54 zh-TW
