How to save energy and cost down electricity fee has become a main topic to study. Nowadays, air conditioning plays a key role in architecture and is used for creating a more comfortable environment. Therefore, this region is worth to do further research. This paper adopts measured data of air condition system and the consumption energy of fan of cooling towers to found linear regression equation. Also, second regression and third regression is used to analyze consumption energy in the plant, where have frequency conversion or not. The procedures of the study are taken under the same outside wet bulb temperature, output temperature, and loading. Therefore, it is effective to simulate and get kW/RT by using second and third order regression equation, and the accuracy rate is nearly 99.8%. There are many methods to lower the consumption of air-condition system, like frequency converter. However, how efficient it works still remains unknown. Therefore, it is hoped that by using linear regression, consumption energy of fan of cooling towers could be stimulated effectively. Also, how much electricity consumption would be lowered by using cooling tower fans with frequency converter could be tested and verifying successfully. As a result, frequency converter will be widely applied to the fan of cooling tower through linear regression method.
