But the relevant research at the Supply Chain for WEEE issue, recently slightly shows insufficiently. Moreover, because the logistics to the world & material supply are divide to very detail. So the Supply Chain return system will complicatedly day by day, to the maintain the huge and complicated downstream retail trader, after service partner, waster management partner, etc.. The cooperative system will be more difficult to handling. So how to plan & implement the Environmental Management System into up & downstream in Supply Chain for transparence & unanimously green information, and the WEEE retrieve procedure combine enter the Supply Chain will be the urgent issue for the Green Supply Chain research. So this paper will research and analyze with this topic, for decompose systematized every link of Supply Chain and WEEE connecting with, we base on SCOR (Supply Chain Operation Reference Model) to adopt WEEE factor into SCM for Green SCM implementation model study. Draw the enterprise green policy and plan for tactics at first, then define the enterprise business running ways (Business Model), And derive out enterprise''s operation procedure (Business Process) , then according that to design the environmental control, monitor and management information system, and form this procedure became a model of WEEE Implementation.
