The number of neonate of our country drops by a wide margin in recent years, this cause the reduction of educational school age population , influence the existence of the school, especially school management pressure, private vocational school is imperative to work every year to enroll new students. So the private vocational school teacher is engaged in enrolling new students, the pressure that face enrolling new students invariably , cause the teacher also as the conflict among the multiple roles, influence teaching. This research hopes to research on focus group''s interview and investigation of the private vocational school teacher. The main methods of this research are: (1) Focus group''s interview (2) Questionnaire investigation method count the analytical method and include describing statistics , average t and test , the card side test and the single factor make a variation and count analysing, the statistical procedure uses SPSS10.0 For Windows software analysis.
This research income conclusion is listed below:
1. enrollment task of the private vocational high school is divided into claiming task and canvassing task. The former is that teachers should take participate in public enrollment activity. The latter is that teachers use the interpersonal network to engage in enrolling new students to reach school regulation.
2. enrollment task had become part of private vocational high school teachers’ annual task. If school enrollment activity gets fruitful results, teachers only have to do claiming task. On the other hand, it includes canvassing task. To sum up, above 99% private vocational high school teachers had experience in claiming task, above 96% teachers had experience in canvassing task.
3. private vocational high school teachers would probably suffer criticism in the enrollment council. If they couldn’t reach enrollment goal, they would be forced to adjust hourly charge of lecture or deduct annual bonus. If teachers couldn’t commit this momentous task in the long-term, they may be forced to quit their job.
4. private vocational high school teachers engaged in claiming enrollment task wouldn’t conflict with their role; but engaging in canvassing task would.
5. regardless of these background variables, including sex, age, seniority, academic, school district and school location, private vocational high school teachers all have to do enrollment task. Among all methods, “phone call”, “promoting in the junior high school face to face” and “serve as commentator in the exhibition of entering a higher school” got higher participation rate. They all reached 83% or above.

Among all the role conflicting degrees, “they are indulgent to their pupils who help them” and “handle arrogant junior high school students with low attitude” are the highest, the next is “borrowing harvest from colleagues”.
