| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 土木與防災研究所 === 94 === This study tries to use Visual Basic6.0 and Microsoft Excel computer programs writing static analysis program of seismic isolated building .To compare the old and new seismic isolated building law in Taiwan by using an isolation building example input different area factor.
We focused the minimums design horizontal force and design displacement effect. The consequence shows, the ratio of minimums design horizontal force and design displacement which are keep flowing down in area1,area2, area3 and area4 of Taipei. In Taipei ground, the ratio of design displacement in old and new law is the same as the ratio of minimums design horizontal force. The ratio of design displacement in old and new law, in 1st ground almost two times, in 2nd ground higher than five time ,in 3rd close than four times. The ratio of minimums design horizontal force in old and new law, in 1st ground almost one-half times, in 2nd and 3rd ground all close than three times.
