Under this tendency, the domestic most enterprises all lack of an effective mechanism convenient enterprise administration center need knowledge and share, causes unceasingly to have such as the rework, to be unable to reduce lead time, reduces cost for problem but miss market competitive power. Therefore, implement an effective knowledge management system is one of enterprise most important tasks.
This paper is as contented shoes industry for example, definition shoes industry''s "Product Definition" With New Product development phase''s "Knowledge Context", and will analyze result overhead construction to above the system administration platform which already will have, will construct constructs the knowledge and the flow, the organization effective union knowledge management system. Using this set of system, may help the enterprise to make a more effective disposition and the share to the knowledge, achieves the design development by a shorter time and the disbursement the goal.
