To apply such a technology for making a 2.5D part, and proceed related technology’s development, which looking forward to making multi-use of the product in the market. After evaluation, by using digital projector combined with relay lens and micro lens module, which enable the 0.55”image of 1024x768 pixels to cast the pattern of 48x36mm, and focus the image information on the surface of light-harden resin. Meanwhile, to analyze the relationship between manufacturing timing parameter, minimum feature resolution, harden depth and gray level, try to find out the optimized range of focus and gray level, also the minimum feature resolution and maximum harden parameter. To analyze the experiment of the quality of finished product, verifying the manufacturing feasibility of 2.5D feature and depth variety, then it could have much contribution for the technology territory of three-dimension forming through scaling down the processing time, cost reduction and speed up the product design. 汪家昌 2006 學位論文 ; thesis 83 zh-TW
