The membrane bioreactor (MBR) is one of the main researches to treat domestic and industrial wastewater in the recent decades. The elements that comprise a pilot plant include an anoxic tank, an aerobic tank, a MBR tank, a pump of influent effluent and chemical dosing system. The concentrations of influent MLSS,COD, BOD, and NH4+-N is 8,000mg/L, 2,500mg/L, 1,600mg/L and 350mg/L, respectively. Sludge retention time of the system is set from 18-30 days, and the influent of the lysine resin wastewater is fixed at 0.5 CMD. After 60 days operation without any backwash cleaning, the consequences of the experiment show that the removal efficiency of COD, BOD, and NH4+-N is 90%, 90% and 82%, respectively. The COD, BOD and NH4+-N loading of the experiment is with a range from 0.5 to 2.0kg/m3-day,0.5-1.5kg/m3-day and 0.1-0.2kg/m3-day.
