The topic of the thesis is “Portable Micro Projector”, being focusing on the minification of entire construction of projectors and decreasing difficulties while carrying them, so to match the targets on sending important messages in different situations. The system illuminant is based on Laser Diode, which includes the three primary colors of light, red, green and blue. Using the characteristics of fast enlightening of Laser Diode, the three lights enlighten themselves quickly one after another, which replaces the general usage of single channel project system that separates the light of color wheels. By using the Digital Micromirror Device of changing the Digital Light Processing System and decreasing the usage of optical components of general project systems, the design of the Portable Micro Projector system is to decrease the cost and the volume in order to match the applications of this micro projector.
