Summary:碩士 === 大仁科技大學 === 休閒健康管理研究所 === 94 === The purpose of this study was to analyze the variance and relationship among employees’ life style, turnover tendency at LaLu Resort Hotel. Two hundreds and sixty-seven valid questionnaires were acquired via housekeeping, restaurant, marketing, personnel, engineer, financial, and other departments. This study employed descriptive statistics, factor analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and regression analyses methods. The findings of this study were: 1. The results of factor analysis generated three dimensions which were nominated as activities, autonomy, and cooperation factors upon employees’ life style within organization. The employees’ life style toward outside organization revealed four dimensions as knowledge, social, opinion, and confidence factors. 2. Positive relationship was found between employees’ activities in term of life style inside organization and turnover tendency. The relationship between employee autonomy and turnover tendency revealed negative relationship. 3. There was negative relationship between employee’s opinion of life style in term of outside organization and turnover tendency. 4. Positive correlation relationship was reported between employee life style within organization and life style outside organization.
