Description
Summary:碩士 === 南台科技大學 === 機械工程系 === 94 === The object of this project is to set up the research capability of our laboratory about characterization techniques on solar cells so that the advantages and disadvantages of different parameters on lamination procedures can be evaluated. Furthermore, basic encapsulation steps for photovoltaic modules with a laminator can be established so that the requirements of encapsulating small amount of photovoltaic modules can be met. Experimentally, we used an environment testing equipment to estimate the encapsulation quality and discussed the influences of different parameters (temperature, duration) and aging effects of encapsulation materials on inner resistance of photovoltaic modules. Experiments showed that the best results on PC/EVA/solar cell/EVA/glass faber structure were achieved under 155°C curing temperature and 30 minutes curing time.
