The common used mouse was not good enough to satisfy the users’ requirement. Therefore, the moldflow was used in designing for the mouse product which based on ergonomic mold development to enable the design for better products. This product designed for school children the sized length * width * tall were 104*60*32mm respectively, and the material of model was used by PS with bigger thickness disparity 0.6~1.5mm. In design stage, moldflow was used the Taguchi method to find out the processing conditions were as follows:mold temperature , melt temperature ,cooling times , injection pressure , packing pressure , packing times, the packing pressure was the most important factor. Therefore, the Moldflow analysis was used for decreasing the product warpage effectively. In order to achieve the mass production, reduce the cost and promote the competitive ability.
