The consumers also take it as the necessary element when purchasing the electronic products. The main points of the research are to lower most of the consumption of the electric circuit, to decrease the cost of production and to use micro controller to integrate and control efficiently. For the requirement of saving-power control, we use ELAN single chips to control the water-meter device into the model of saving power in order to save the power consumption of the batteries and to lengthen the batteries working time under the situation without affecting the function of the production. Through the technology of saving power, electricity is expected to save 90 percent capacity. In the part of display, we use HT1622 chips to command LCD display model and avoid to using the LCD display model sold in the market so that we can save unnecessary program code and electricity circuit space. In the part of launching and received of wireless , we use micro controller to proceed the work of transmission encoded and received decoded of Rf and replace the launching encoded IC and received decoded IC of Rf in advance to reduce the cost of productions. The purpose of this thesis is to design, and produce an electronic technological production, therefore, the considerations must be more strictly and the functions should be more perfect.
