If RFID is used in supply chain, the privacy of consumers may be leaked to attackers. The privacy issues cause consumers to refuse RFID applications. Therefore, the RFID can be accepted by consumers only the privacy problems have solved. In this thesis, we surveyed some researchers’ proposed RFID security and privacy protection schemes. We considered why the Security and privacy can be ensured and drawbacks of each scheme. Then, we addressed some guidelines for building a robust protocol. Besides, we proposed a scheme which improves Henrici & Müller’s scheme. The proposed scheme in this thesis can prevent eavesdropping, traceability, spoofing, denial-of-service, and then ensure data privacy, consumer privacy, location privacy.
