Family, society, and education etc can impact on one’s viewpoints of love. People with different viewpoints of love may fall in love or get married. Furthermore, viewpoints of love difference may affect the relationship between the couple. The purpose of this research is to discuss viewpoints of love in romance novels in Taiwan between 1986 and 2005. The research adopts content analytical methodology. The research discovered that viewpoints of love of in the romance novels in Taiwan and approximately may divided into three categories as the follows: Traditional, Modern and Vanguard. First, traditional viewpoints of love contains marriages with properly matched society status, love forever, love with no selfishness and repayment, male initiative/females passive, love with faith, virgin complex ,dominant equals love , have a marriage first that reciprocate, it is essential and then there are love, marital slope idea the man's sex and the sex can't be discussed etc. Second, modern viewpoints of love contains falling in love at the first seeing , females proactively pursue males /skip traditionally males initiative/ females passive, breaking the marriage slope , and the idea of understandable and forgivable love for each other, the love in all desperation , very multiple contacts before marriage it is the getting faithful to husband till death after marriage, it can't divide into after sexual love, rational one departure, expressing with reverse mood behavior love of and ' contradictory sexual love idea of view etc. Third, vanguard's viewpoints of love contains non-monogamous relationships, separation of sex and love, liberation on virginity, fast food love, love agreement and behind the love have sex etc. Viewpoints of love is highly related to love and marriage. By writing romance novels, the authors may interpret his or her viewpoints of love. There is no vivid distinguish between goodness and badness. However, people should recognize viewpoints of love difference and using it as good reference for their choices of love, marriage, and family.
