The participants for this thesis were selected from the population of preschool teachers in south of Taiwan, especially in Kaohsiung and Pingtong county. The 395 preschool teachers enrolled in this thesis. The questionnaires were developed through the “work-family conflict score of preschool teachers” and “time management score of preschool teachers”. To address work-family issues of preschool teachers, the confirmation factor analysis, MANOVA, and structural equation modeling (SEM) were conducted for the preschool teacher data collected. The main results in this study were showed in the following. 1. Both of work-family conflict was bilateral psychological factor. 2. Time management score of preschool teachers is a multi psychological concept. 3. The results revealed that work-family conflict were significant different to those of different aspects. 4. The background of preschool teachers with work-family conflict was significant different. 5. Organization support and time management of preschool teachers has significant effect on work-family conflict. According to the research results, some concrete suggestions and managerial implications should prove quite beneficial for preschool teachers and researchrs.
