Description
Summary:碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 幼兒保育學系 === 94 === The study was aimed at exploring the influence of the preschool teachers’ object orientation, self- efficiency and job performance. The data was collected through questionnaires from a sample of 380 preschool teachers by “preschool teachers object orientation scale”, “preschool teaches self-efficiency scale”, and “preschool teachers job performance scale.” The obtained data was analyzed by confirmation factor analysis, ANOVA, and structural equation modeling (SEM). Adaptive segmentation result shows a great difference in preschool teachers’ object orientation. According to MANOVA, public or private preschool teachers have different object orientation. Teachers of different age and service year show outstanding difference in self-efficiency, while teachers of different age and of public or private preschools are significantly different in terms of job performance. The result of structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis shows that the hypothesized model is acceptable and preschool teachers’ object orientation, self-efficiency and job performance are obviously related. Through this finding, the researcher in current research restriction gave relevant recommendation focused on preschool teachers’ personal ability improvement, teachers cultivation, preschool teachers human resource management and future study.
