Summary:碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 電腦與通訊研究所 === 94 === In the thesis, three types of bandpass filter using laminator are proposed, which include the end-coupled hairpin bandpass filter, the trisection open-loop resonator bandpass filter and a high order stepped impedance resonator bandpass filter. Besides, a series of stepped impedance resonator bandpass filters are designed and implemented via alumina coating process. The end-coupled hairpin bandpass filter is designed for miniature size and compressed spurious with its performance of center frequency 2.4GHz, insertion loss -2.68dB and return loss -25.5dB. The trisection open-loop resonator bandpass filter is characterized with a pair of transmission zeros and spurious suppression and its performances include center frequency 2.4GHz, insertion loss -2.55dB and return loss -27.6dB. The high order stepped impedance resonator bandpass filter features a miniature size and superior out-of-band suppression, and performs center frequency 2.4GHz, insertion loss -1.79dB and return loss -24.88dB. Furthermore, a series of stepped impedance resonator bandpass filters are designed and implemented via alumina coating process. This research is prior to advanced low temperature co-fired ceramic process in the future.
