Therefore, each industry adopts the relevant products of science and technology of information and technology. It also means the coming of the electronic era. The aspect and scope of the application of the information science and technology become more and more important. Under the promotion of information science and technology, all trades and professions face different competitive environment. And the insurance industry also applies the information technology to improve the performance of employees and hence the service quality. This is an unavoidable situation.
The image transfer and reading system can help the business personnel to collect the information of customers. So, if the design function of information system can be put to good use, it can not only help business personnel to offer fast relevant information, but also improve the service quality. The satisfaction of customers serves the important index of efficiency about the performance of the information science and technology.
The insurance uses the information science and technology to solve the business of documents of huge insurance policy and to lighten the burden of users’ daily work. Furthermore, it improves the working performance of the employees and spurs the satisfaction of customers. So, in this thesis, with the questionnaire investigation, we will analyze the satisfaction of users according to the effect brought by the information science and technology on some insurance companies. According to the results of this research, the user satisfaction is mainly related to the quality of the system, training of users and the performance of users. We wish, based on this research, to obtain the recognition of users about the image transfer and reading system and then set up the performance index to be an important reference in this area.
