Normally, the project manager cannot get the whole status of project since the problems are hided in the progress .Generally, the project manager will take care of the problems when the situation becomes seriously, and this will delay the project schedule also increase the cost, even withdraw the project when it becomes irremediable. However, the whole failure processes will make the corporation to lose money and reputation. Today, software project becomes more huge and complex, and the software project also gets into delay and failure persistently. The main purpose of the thesis is try to provide project management method and tracking progress model of so called "Software Project Progress and Tracking Manager Model - Based on PM-NET " (SPPTMM) ,This model use Graphic User Interface and DFD technical planning for the project planning, and then via the PM - NET enhance model which use Bottom - Up way to send all activities status and progress and finally show the procedure use graphic way with software development procedure in Top - Level, and offer the curve graph and Gantt chart , enable the administrative to figure out project status, and write down the historical unusual fluctuation of the project, the unusual fluctuation reason is offered to administrator's inquiry in carrying on the project , enable the administrative to be learnt over the project status, consult the basis in the future for the project. The SPPTMM divides project knowledge into tacit and explicit knowledge, enable the administrative to utilize the knowledge base to inquire the relevant problem solution as managing basis, so that be able to solve the problem and make the project schedule on time.
