碩士 === 世新大學 === 資訊管理學研究所(含碩專班) === 94 === In the era of information explosion, How to find and access the required information effectively is particularly important. It will be very beneficial for individual or organization if the information is fully exploited. In software project, the projects members need to be retrained from time to time due to turnover, department shifting or the other reasons, leading to the project schedule to be delay. When new project members try to search for project experience and project documents to get trained, they find it difficult in the huge content or simply do not know how to start. We use a visualized software project information presentation model to resolve above condition. This model uses the concept of knowledge map to illustrate the whole project information, and it additionally adds value sign to provide the project members' understanding the project conditions quickly. When we present the project information in details, we use those elements, includes of label, relative sign, logic sign, and special sign of this project conditions, to reach the visible project information, and we utilize PMNET bottom-up data collection function to present the project information, project members can inquiry information of project status at different levels of details. In addition, this model combines with the past visible tools and improves their defect. For the usage level, it will not get extra job to the project members, and the project members can view project information through visible form. Through scenario and analysis, we find our model can offer more support than before, especially whole, details, and all other relevance project information. Consequently, this research advances a visualized software project information presentation model, we can shows various project condition by visible form, when project members communication with other colleagues, searching plan and learning project information, this model can raise project members’ effect.
