ERP System is package software in essence, ERP System contains Best Practice for all Business users, at the same time Best Practice is ERP System’s specialty to distinguish ERP System from other information systems. However, the definition of Best Practice is different from all distributorships and all Enterprise lead-in diverse understanding to the system. Most important of all – is ERP System really that magical and useful as the distributors describes. All of the doubts are meant to be researched. The goal of this Research is to find out the intension of Best Practice, research all the questions includes: 1. why all different distributors have different definition of the same system. 2. What kind of factors can affect the result of the Best Practice during its usage and how Best Practice can affect the achievement of the Enterprise? This research can become a very useful reference guide to all the Enterprise about the ERP System. This article is based on interviews of professionals, questionnaires to ERP users and Research on Multi-cases; during this research the three major ERP Distributors’ customer (As SAP, ORACLE, DSC) as aim, total systematized 30 samples and analyze the result to emphasize this paper. This Article had the following discovery: 1.Each ERP System Distributors had different definition of Best Practice. 2.All Distributors had different percentage of consulting/emphasize the Best Practice and lead-in Best Practice Concept into Enterprises are in a direct ratio. (The first is SAP, second is Oracle, third is DSC) 3.The ratio of Best Practices’ importance between the importances of the Enterprise is in a direct ratio. 4.Old Information System can’t effect Best Practice, the effectiveness are based on the attitude of the high-level personals of the Enterprise. 5.The best advantages of ERP System to the Business are simplify and quick upgrade the information system, second is to improve the flow path of the company, improve the effectiveness and cost down the lead-in cost, last is the lead-in speed of the system. 6.Majority of the Business indicates if they re-lead in the ERP System, they are willing to give up the old flow path and use ERP System in order to have the Best Practice. 7.In all three Distributors, the percentage of SAP’s Best Practice usage and user-satisfaction is the highest, Oracle is the second, DSC is the third.
