But with upgrading internet transfer technology and hands-equipment available, sharing files becomes more convenient and it also increases commercial application in mobile environment. Similarly, if digital content doesn't have proper protection, it is easy to spread out through internet and causing unauthorized use. There are many controversies over protecting intellectual property on internet. The demand of knowledge safety issues and information protecting technology becomes very urgent. Therefore, the protection of rights is also a very important issue. This thesis main investigate fair, safe and efficient digital right transaction under mobile commerce. And it proposes a mechanism with all kinds of user model and safe transaction under mobile network to achieve the protection of copyright. It is also more flexible in payment process of purchasing copyright. Different vendors can cooperate by this mechanism. They can publish mutual copyright of digital content in order to increase spreading and using rate and also keep useful, convenient and safe traits. As a result, consumers will have safe and convenient mobile commerce transaction environment.
