Summary:碩士 === 世新大學 === 經濟學研究所(含碩專班) === 94 === On July 1, 2005, Taiwan’s new public pension system began to implement. However, consider the transformation of public pension system, people still can stay in the old pension system. Therefore, some laborers face the choice problems between new and old ones. This dissertation investigates the determinants of choice during the system transformation. By choosing the Chang Hwa Commercial Bank to survey, we try to understand the major factors to influence laborers’ choice. In this research, Logistic Regression Model is applied for empirical analysis. The results show that sex, age, marital status, education, and years to retirement… etc all have significant impact on laborers’ choice. However, seniority is the most important determinant. In addition, staff loyalty also plays an important role on the choice during the system transformation.
