Also it plays an important role of future development of the organizations. Therefore, continuing redefinitions of vision, practicing the vision at every aspect of the organizations and making the vision reflect changes of organizations and expectations of the members of the organizations, all are important issues to the organizations.
Public Televison is so far the only public media which is of the people and for the people. The organizational culture and personal actions should follow the vision. It is because that the mission and the sense of honor of every member within this organization have great influence over the public. Hence every member should have a clear idea of the vision. This research focuses on the result of the leadership in terms of organizational vision, how has the leadership inspired the creativity, personal growth, passion for the work, sense of mission and centrality of each member in the organization, and how does the organization fulfill the idea of public service.
Using the methodology of ZMET and story telling, this research explore the ideas and attitude of public television employees in "prepapatory committe epoch" and "public television service fundation epoch". This research also apples the common expericence, feeligns and recognitions of the employees to shape a clearer idea of the vision and thus inspires the employees join the fulfilling of the vision wholeheartedly.
This research has discovered that:(1)Common vision shared by all employees is toward: international point of view, clear idea of goal, education, resistance to external pressure and political intervention.(2)Vision of employees of the "preparatory committe epoch" is inclined to: impartial system and recognition of the public.(3)Vision of employees of the "public television service foundation" is inclined to: international point of view and clear idea of goal.(4)Vision can't not be applied with certain system. in terms of story management, organizational leaders should take different point of view and pragmatic actions to realize the vision when they have meeting when they communicate with the employees.
The result of this research embodies the ideas and feelings of the members toward the future vision of the organization, which could be referential for other non-profit organizations or companies of other industrial fields and help them to build a vision which meets the expectations of the employees mentally and emotionally from the bottom up.
