碩士 === 世新大學 === 傳播管理學研究所(含碩專班) === 94 === Television stations are packed with the question of dispersing and resetting the waste of resource at present, in the face of the fierce media industry's competition. they must carry on the integration of the resources with the wireless TV digitization trend of improving the whole competitiveness and cooperating with the government to pursue actively. Building a collaboration platform of Digital Terrestrial TV may be the best way to solve the problem. This research has put forward three kinds of possible building the way of constructing according to the system at present, with view of sales department, examine what working demands would be needed in future, and how administrative staff stipulate the strategy. This research includes three main factories, ‘the common operation platform characteristic of the business’, ‘organization reengineering keys’,’ working demand and education and training’ and ‘The platform construct mode’. Adopting investigation method of the questionnaire, carry on general survey to 4 big commercial staff members of banking department of television station, and after receiving the result of the data , carry on interview , discussing figures with the high-order caretaker. The result of this study finds ‘ The mix mode’ may be the best choice to establish the institution. Business and management aspect core of operation platform is lie in determined and clear distant view of administrator, and the machine communicates with the staff promptly, reduce its uneasiness about their future in organization. Providing the training that combine marketing skills and digit network technology new knowledge is necessary.
