Accordingly, we would like to make an attempt to study operating pressure management on cadre at medium level. According to our conclusions we find out some factors: There are notable differences between operating pressure and cadre at medium level.
1. There are differences among those who service in different sort of troops: those who service in Combined Logistic Command show lots of symptom of work stress in particular, but those who service in air force appear few symptom instead.
2. There are notable differences between cadre at medium level who service in Formosa and its isles. And those who service in off-shore islands surpass in Formosa.
3. The educational background is correlated to operating pressure, regardless of symptom of work stress, sources of work stress, work satisfaction.
4. Work satisfaction is related to operating pressure, but appeals no signification.
