This research adopts qualitative analysis and the data is collected from the interviews of focus group and deep interviews of nine individual participants. There are some significant findings in this study. First of all, we can see some influences on the objects of study in the process of the creative activity, such as the participants getting a sense of achievement, pleasant feeling, attitude adjusted, self-exploration, mood releasing, troubles forgotten and so on. Second, after the creative works finished, the composition also bring the freshmen some effects. For instance, self-affirmative, self-inspection, spiritual inside talks, memories recalling, etc. Third, in the stage of group sharing activity, the individuals attain to common view with the others, free from depression, release pressure, get help and also accelerate self-understanding and comprehend the others’ influence. Moreover, after interacting with all participants of focus group, the freshmen give their personal opinions and suggestions as feedback. According to this findings above and literature collected on this subject, propose some suggestions as below: 1. Practice applied to guidance:use in the army guidance (Combine the findings with the suggestions of the interviewees) Therefore, it proposes that a use of applies to the army guidance , including Guidance work in military school(Growth group)and Guidance work in the forces(Open studio group). 2. Practice applied to a group:Suggestions on user of artistic treatment (According to this study and suggestions of the applicants plus self-comprehending of the researcher) , including (1)Number of times / proceeding time of group interview(2)Activity design(3)A use of adoption model of artistic treatment(4)Consultation combined with case study . 3. Suggestions:The further study can carry on those aspects as followed:Object of a study, time and study direction.
