碩士 === 政治作戰學校 === 政治研究所 === 95 === The United States has suffered attacks from the radical organization of the Islam terrorism for many times since 1993.The event of "911" in 2001 also shocked the United States, and caused dread allover the world however. After the event of "911", the United States takes the radical organization of Islam as the first anti- terrorism target, and unites the international ally to fight. The conflict of the United States and the Islam Radicalism (or the Islam-terrorism problem), not only decrease their conflict but also increase the anti-American consciousness in the Islam world by the antiterrorism military operations of the United States. On the contrary, the threat of the Islam terrorism has spread to England, Spain, and Indonesia etc with the increasing antiterrorism military operations by the United States. The other regions in the world also can’t get rid of the influence by the terrorism. The military anti- terrorism strategy probably can acquire the superficial results at that moment, however it is hard to realize that the terrorism has already immediately grown by "revenge". As to the result of the decreasing international terrorism problem, "the haste makes waste" is completely a negative strategy. To the opposite, it is the cure origin of practicality and aggressive attitude that to face terrorism formation factor in reason , then looking for the dissolve way. Even if it is probably more slow-moving and tactful. On the other hand, it is the best way to distinguish the reason of the international terrorism and to discuss a peaceful way to solve the terrorism problem. Thus, the article in addition to study for carrying on with the conflict reason of the Islam Radicalism and the United States, and further trial the thought of Dr. Sun Yat-sen. The article also wish to provide another thinking direction of the study by researching and analyzing the way of the decreasing of their conflict.
