| Summary: | 碩士 === 東吳大學 === 數學系 === 94 === This paper applies Cooperative game, Shapley value, Shapley-Shubik power index and the concept of authority structure to crisis management in campus, investigating the Authority distribution of every level of administrant unities in the organization of crisis management in campus. This study finds that on the structure of crisis management in any organization chart, the authority distribution of the most superior one is always the maximum-1. On the crisis management, however, the most important thing of the administration of a policy is its efficiency. Hence, the conclusion here is that the best organization chart must be the planiform.
